Payment:

Payment is accepted by PayPal, money order or check.   International orders must be paid through PayPal.  Items paid by check may be subject to clearing before shipment.  All items must be paid within 3 days.  Checks should be sent to Simba House, 1603 Sand Key Estates Ct., Clearwater, FL  33767.

Shipment:

Orders are usually shipped within one business day of payment.  Continental U.S. orders are shipped insured U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.  International orders are shipped insured Priority Mail International unless another shipment method has been agreed upon.  Shipping charges do not include any tariff or customs charges which may be due upon arrival.  Shipping and handling charges on multiple item purchases are discounted and may be shipped by another carrier than stipulated in an individual listing to further enhance the customers savings.   

Return Policy:

All items are sold with a 3 day return privilege.  If you plan on returning an item, within 3 days of receipt e-mail us and request a Return Goods Authorization.  Immediately send the item fully insured to the address provided. You are responsible for the insured, safe arrival of the item.

All items must be returned in the same condition as received.  Items altered in any way, including opened factory sealed packaging or removal of tags, are not returnable.  Coins removed from their holder or in which the holder has been tampered with, are not returnable.  Shipping, insurance and handling fees are not refundable.  After the 3 day period from receipt, items are not returnable.  Late remittance for purchase revokes all return privileges.

Warranty:

All items are guaranteed genuine.  No other warranty is either expressed or implied.
