DESCRIPTION: "Practice Makes Perfect" measures approximately 4 3/4 inches high. It has a copywrite date of 1997 incised underneath and is initialed by the artist. It has a First issue backstamp underneath. Included is a separate wooden rocking chair.
CONDITION: This hummel is in EXCELLENTcondition with no chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. The colors are very vivid and full throughout. He will make a marvelous addition to a display cabinet.
