DESCRIPTION: "Hear Ye, Hear Ye" measures approximately 5 inches high. The M.I. Hummel signature is on the top of the base and mold number 15/0 is incised underneath.

CONDITION: He is in EXCELLENT condition with no repairs, cracks, or chips. He has some light crazing all over the back of coat and legs. The colors are vivid and full throughout. This "Night Watchman" would make a great addition to a display cabinet.
